I DO NOT RECOMMEND . I did a pre-sale Nissan Qashqai car inspection on this website. What was my surprise, when later at Nissan Dealership in Krakow, immediately after the purchase, it turned out that the VIP CAR Service did not reveal any serious defects in the engine, the cost of repair was additionally PLN 8,000+. I do NOT recommend this site.

On October 15, 2020, I gave my car to the annual inspection and technical examination with recharging the battery. I was served by Mr. Andrzej Michałek, a service advisor, whom I would like to praise for his kind and conscientious approach to the customer. Service notes; The battery charge test was not printed by the service technician. Thanks to Mr. Andrzej, this oversight was fixed. Thanks also for cleaning the car interior of autumn leaves. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Attention to the site management. When a service worker leaves the room outside, he should put on a company jacket and not go out in a shirt only. There should be greater care for the health of the employee. The second note is the matter of the phone with the information that the car is ready for pickup. The customer's smartphone display should indicate that the Renault service is calling. Without this information, the customer may reject the connection, the more so as the current security measures in smartphones suggest rejecting unknown connections. There is info that this is a Potential Scam. Despite these comments, I am satisfied with the handling of my car and the work of Mr. Andrzej Michałek, whom I greet. I'll see you next year at the annual review. There will also be another entry about the work of the Renault service station. WM
