A lady working as a manager (long blond hair) impolite, incompetent should not work at all with direct customer service. I would like to terminate the tv and internet contract at the point. I came with a ready application. Answers to questions asked with great grace the honorable manager, eyes fixed on the screen, two separate expressions requested, a different pen color - Polsat does not specify the color of the pen in the regulations of the contract! The notice was finally sent by post to the company's Warsaw address. Well, only congratulate Polsat representatives like this lady. I offer intensive training on the basic principles of personal culture and then customer service. I understand the lack of hands to work but I would prefer to have one service point less than a business card like this lady. The opinion concerns the point on the so-called "Łynostrada" in Bartoszyce, the service point I certainly wasn't wrong.
