I came to make some change on my account being sure of my decision, despite this the bank employee repeatedly pushed me not to make this change - a very unprofessional and pushy approach. You also stated that she cannot mark marketing approvals, it is not possible. When I refused to sign the document printed this way, it turned out, of course, that she had learned to uncheck these consents. Very poor experience of visiting this bank.
