Instead of being interested in us and providing detailed information when buying a coffee machine and a swing, the salon manager preferred to play with the dog who came to the store. She misled us by saying that if the swing is too big, she'll give us money without any problems. And it hapenned. We came to give back the swing. The manager said that she would not give away but exchanged for a gift card. We explained to her that we were dating differently but she informed us that as a manager she changed her mind and besides, we have no proof that we were dating so. At the same time, she was very rude and surly. Shame that such a company makes a client's horse. The manager did not want to give the book of complaints. I am asking you to draw consistency from this lady because words to the client NO ONE CAN BE TURNED ON TO BUY HERE are very unprofessional. A person like this is spoiling the good name of the company. It is a pity that it came out because we feel treated like rags.
