Furniture ordered on June 17, 2020 for the freshman's room has not yet arrived (August 29). We have been waiting for 10 weeks, the contact is weak, the logistician is not answering the phone or calling back. According to the last conversation, a week ago, after the intervention on fb, the furniture is not completed so it can not be delivered and installed. According to the order, the furniture was supposed to be 6-8 weeks old. What should I say to a child who has chosen furniture for his room so long ago and is still not there, and he is going to school in three days. First-year layette in boxes .... This is not how we imagined ordering such expensive furniture with assembly.

service in the store is ok, but the implementation of the order is terrible. I do not recommend anyone !!! 8 weeks have passed since placing the order and no contact from the company. Look for the wind in the field. The order fulfillment times are fictitious and the customer service is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Kindest, friendly service. Furniture recommendable, until it was nice to twist. Everything fit the tip-pot. We haven't twisted such furniture yet. recommend

The service was very nice but it is not the end. I was in Opole in the living room furniture in tesco, we liked the furniture, there was a promotion. We asked for a project for free, we tried to make it before the promotion. We brought the dimensions of the walls, etc. We repeatedly said that we want to make it before the end of the promotion, we waited for the project about 4.5 days came. We did not like it, it had quite different wall dimensions, other windows, etc. We wrote that we are not satisfied, we did not care at all and we consider the work finished (it was the last day 2 days later, it turned out that this was not the project because it was sent wrong, sent good, it was supposed to be for a girl specifically teenagers. We asked for the bed itself and not the furniture, but it did not meet our requirements and that's why I generally do not recommend it. Furniture very nice, we liked it terribly but well ...

Attentive service, free baby room design and very stylish furniture. Very good quality products. Unfortunately, the smallest bed in the size from 170x90.
