I bought vinyl panels from this company, I arranged for a service with assembly. The order was agreed for the next week, but after a few days I received a phone call that they would not make me assemble. Apparently a lot of jobs and few people to work, after a long conversation we got along. I had to do the service with a different company, but the compensation from Goser-BWM was satisfactory for me.

Unfortunately, I can not say a good word about this company. Complete lack of timeliness and misleading is the basis of the business. Only what they do quickly is invoices. The agreed deadline for completion was in the middle of July and ended on August 8 - 3 weeks of waiting to move into the house. Everyday phone calls to the company ended up selling me. The person in charge of technical matters completely unaware of things or especially misleading me so that I will not call anymore. A quick example - when I asked how much time is needed to dry the screed and the location of the floor I received information that it takes 2-3 days (about 40 m2) but when it came to the realization that the location of the screed 1 day but it is drying it is 5-6 days ! Laying the panels alone took 3 additional days. In addition, please pay attention to what invoices are issued. I received an invoice for more than PLN 440 for making dilatation - only when I went to the company to ask what comes with the scope of work regarding this invoice (I was assembling panels and I know that no additional work was done) I got the information that the invoice was issued by mistake. So check for what they issue an invoice because their "mistake" can cost you a lot! I DO NOT RECOMMEND you if you care for quick implementation and reliability. Update to your answer. So in the beginning - if you use someone's name, it would be in good taste, but it should be written well. I understand that "you can be wrong" as you can see it is frequent. As for the Lord's "acquaintance" and "stretching the truth" - I am not interested in you friend, because I have asked you from the Lord and it is the Lord's responsibility, not third parties. In one we agree - let fewer investors like me who entrusted to doing anything to this company.
