On the plus side there is a large screen on which you can see training children, without any unnecessary disturbance by parents in the room.
Conditionig strength training, acrobatics, there is everything. I would recommend!
I visit the club 3-4 times a week. For people of all ages. I recommend conditioning and of course capoeirađȘđ
