Unpleasant and not very professional service. I do not recommend. I wanted to ask if the bank would replace the damaged banknote. It was a moment after 4 pm. The lady informed me that "no" because I am not a bank client. Then she stated that it was closed, although the door was open, and nowhere could I find the card from the opening hours of the facility. In another bank, the employee also did not change the banknote, but at least he informed me about what to do and it took him maybe a minute. And the lady from a given institution, credit Agricole, was simply not nice and asked me out the door without anything.
