The man from Tele-Serwis seems to be joking. As the company does not know what time the courier will arrive. This is one of the basic factors in conducting the kind of activity where parts ordered to the base. For example, I know when a courier will come to me +/- 15 minutes. Sewrwis suited me but after the owner said I want to laugh. Do not write such things because it is a shame. What company is this?
