Online shopping is a quick and efficient implementation. The service in the salon was poor. 3. During the warranty, great problems with settling the matter. Lack of contact. Answer only after my reaction. The employees of the salons in Malbork are completely unhelpful. Fortunately, I found Mr. Marcin on the hotline, whom I would like to thank very much for the efficient solution to the problem. Such an employee is a treasure. There is still a chance for the store. My first order from this store and my last! The delivery date is set for Thursday from 11-21 - supplier did not arrive, one day of vacation in the back. All Friday calling the helpline and selling to call in 3 hours, maybe they will see why this happened, on Saturday a similar situation as on Friday, on Monday the same situation as on Friday and Saturday - until I asked for a refund and a form return. Suddenly, "the goods will be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday)". Tuesday, delivery time 11-21, the next day of vacation, goods delivered at 20.50. Of course, the complaint went and the company offered a voucher for PLN 20 for 2 days lost on unpaid leave. Defeat!!!!

Very good shop, great service, nice, fast and professional ... each of the employees showed a willingness to help, if someone did not know something, I was redirected to another person .. I am delighted with the vacuum cleaner and dishwasher chosen, despite my indecision, they kept looking until the equipment met my requirements. .. greetings strongly And despite the forgotten phone with the code number, I was served. I do not recommend the service of sticking a protective film on a smartphone in RTV Euro AGD in Malbork. Sensitive places such as the USB port have been flooded with gel, which means that I have lost my warranty for the phone on the first day of use. In addition, the foil (case friendly, i.e. one that "does not bite from the case) was stuck crooked (not in the axis, with a slant) so that the case detached the foil, and this with time completely went off the phone. I went to the store to advertise, I learned that I should not take off the film (although this one was peeled off by itself) and that they would not accept the complaint. If the foil were stuck in the axis of the phone, everything would be ok. I suggest training staff in sticking foil, it would be best to practice on stickers, and not on clients who pay considerable money for the service. Amateur service quality, lack of willingness to help from the store. Money thrown I don't recommend it, next time I will go to professionals.
