Tragic service! It misleads, exposes to stress, costs and waste of time. Moreover, it wants to deceive the customer at every step by trying to sell damaged equipment! Lack of humanity and one great psychology that the manager is free and the person who performs her duties cannot do anything! Avoid a wide berth!

I drove 100km to the store to pick up allegedly new goods. After paying for the order (online), it turned out that the goods are damaged and ... used. I understand that fraud in this store is the order of the day. I do not recommend, because just like me, you can buy defective goods sold on purpose.

Young, ambitious staff, but they still have to learn. The equipment was brought to me from another city and a big plus is the transaction itself, not entirely on the agreed terms.
