Service is awful. Total lack of respect for the client. The lady who served it spoke to me as a friend without any kind of courtesy, and it was contempt. I felt very bad and honest? I've never had this situation before. Even in an ordinary grocery store, cashier ladies turn to customers at the Lady and at the jewelry store? Well, but NO. I understand that there is a rule in this shop that if you buy something for less than PLN 100 you do not have to respect it. I advise you to change the service. :)

My impressions and opinion about the store is terrible, it results from the service of one of the employees. In a moment I will describe the whole situation. The only thing I can say on the plus side is the fact that I contacted the person who runs this branch and I can describe everything meticulously in the complaint and I hope that some consequences will be learned. I will also add that I was served by Mrs. Pauline, so I don't know how the rest of the crew are, maybe the rest of the women are nice and honest women. And back to the point. When buying jewelry, I asked what if it is too big or too small for which I got the answer "no problem we can reduce it, no problem". As it showed, the size was too big, so it had to be reduced, so we went to the point to choose the size and reduce or replace. However, as soon as the word `` mention '' came from my mouth, the lady (the same one who sold the jewelry the first time) immediately added "as I said, to replace it, we must send the ring to an expert opinion to confirm whether the same stone is still there or it has not been replaced "- at that moment I felt like a thief, a bandit cheater, being in the company of the person closest to me for whom I made a purchase, as if that was not enough around there were other customers who also heard this, I felt very bad, and yet I was not informed about anything like that / before buying, despite the fact that I asked, I only heard "no problem" and here for the first time I was deceived by Mrs. Paulina, and if that was not enough she put the ring on the counter, which after a while was on the ground, I thought I would go out and I will stand by, but I remained calm. We decided, however, that we will reduce it because we wanted to pick up the ring before going abroad - and here I was misled again, the lady said that if we want to reduce it will be picked up within a week and will inform us by text, but after more than a week, when the woman went to the store to ask about the receipt, she heard "I told you that two weeks, after which we now have an inventory and we do not know" is the second time when you deceived us. To sum up, before / during the purchase, she was very nice and colloquially speaking, winding pasta on her ears, once the purchase was made, you changed your approach by 180 °. I am very disappointed and I can't understand how you can treat a customer this way and let the ring fall to the ground.
