Unfortunately, nothing has changed in Tczew. The staff in this cafe is hopeless. Ladies are working here as punishment. Great grace that they have to serve and answer customer questions. And the situation that they are not supposed to spend it is criminal. After all, it should be up to the employer to have small money on hand. You can always order coins from the bank. The lady serving me asked for a zloty, which I didn't have. When I said I did not have, she insulted her voice that she should not spend. I said it wasn't my problem. Even though there was coffee and cake on the plate, I had to leave without the flower. It doesn't do an advertisement for "Owl". I wonder if anyone reacts to my post. Roman J. Today is my 18th birthday and I picked up a cake where you would have the inscription Szymon 18, but something of Szymon was indented. What in the cake for over PLN 400 is unacceptable. I would give 0 stars but it is impossible.

Why are cakes not sold by weight, as it was in the Sowa patisserie at Hallera Square in Tczew? Why is there no description of the type of cake, what is the taste? Why are tables not cleaned on a regular basis, dirty, stained with coffee ??

Cakes and cakes are the most delicious I have eaten. I recommend cordially. Nevertheless, service and cleanliness is a massacre. I did not want to sell a child's ice cream so as to mix the two flavors after and the knobs are quite good. The mouth is imposed in advance. At the same time do not bother ladies sticky, that the flaps stick, I do not mention dirty tables and dishes after customers that there is no place to sit? Embarrassing, the ice cream can not be mixed because it's not hygienic and around the muck. Good luck.

Total confusion of the customer, cakes without prices. The worker sets the size of the piece discretionally without weighing, for the price of one piece of cake I found out at the time of paying - PLN 10. A young employee should be trained to brew coffee latte, it was milk with the addition of coffee, not coffee with the addition of milk, failure. Why cakes are not sold by weight, as it was in the Sowa cake shop at Pl. Henera in Tczew? Why is there no description of the type of cake, what is the taste of? Why are not tables kept clean, dirty, stained with coffee?
