Hopeless service, nothing can be sorted out. The client shows up at the branch and is sent to deal with the matter online. Despite the fact that their system threw a system error 3 times. In my opinion, branches should cease to exist if we have to arrange everything via the Internet anyway. Mortgage lady unpleasant, tired from her job, the mystery shopper test had been failed.

We were yesterday at 28.04 in this bank, there were no customers, only 4 employees were busy with each other. We wanted to set up a bank account, but all the ladies told me to wait, they continued to discuss with each other. We were in this bank a few months ago and were treated similarly. Employees ignore customers.
