One day a week it could be open from 9:00, although you have to take time off working from 10 to 18

A new bank branch is good. Everything else is terrible. Specialists do not know their job well. I wanted to open a deposit with them. He came asking what documents are needed (because I am not a citizen of Poland). Ok, took them and came a second time - again nothing came of it. Asked for a driver's license !!! Well, I came for the third time, brought the rights, looked twisted, sent a scan somewhere, but again nothing. I told them that I calmly opened accounts with no problems at other banks in Poland, but they were surprised and could not understand how this is possible in my case. By the way, there is pesel, work and housing, but without a ready-made stay card they couldn’t do anything, they just fooled me, called each other on the phone (sitting 3 meters from one) and asked each other, saying that one of them was in training and should know and be able to, tin shorter, such nonsense has never seen. And this despite the fact that I wanted to entrust my money to them.
