After all, I am the owner of a hybrid. I had been preparing for the purchase for a long time, and finally I found this store, which turned out to be a bull's eye. I say in advance that I am the type of a demanding customer and before I buy something, I think and analyze it for a long time. A highly experienced seller helped me with this purchase, it was immediately obvious that he knew what he was talking about and dispelled all my doubts. The shop team is very tight, everything has been buttoned up to the last button. I recommend it to all who expect great satisfaction from cycling. Greetings to the entire team of Kołodziej stores.

Buy a bike and forget it. The service, so to speak, is highly indifferent, "if you want to buy it, we don't care for you." I have the impression that they do not know what they do, they adjusted the gears on the bike I bought from them twice and the effect was terrible each time, I was forced to go to another service where they adjusted the gears efficiently on the first attempt. I bought a rack for the bike they sold to me, and at home it turned out that it was not the size. Well, I had to fail 35 km one way, I waited 2 weeks for the right one. And again 35 km one way to pick it up. A healthy approach to the client required somehow to compensate for unnecessary trouble, but unfortunately the boss was still offended that I am asking for my trunk.

I was looking for a bike for a long time, an unbeatable store, very well equipped. The atmosphere in the store is very pleasant, and the seller is involved in the right selection of the bike, not "just to sell" as with the competition: / The bike was perfectly matched to me, I bought it at a very attractive price, I have been riding it for over a month and I think it is great purchase, best regards: D

I wanted to buy shimano shoes. The cost of shipping a postal parcel is PLN 40. Seriously? I understand express 24 courier and insurance for PLN 10,000, but a standard package of PLN 40? And where is the possibility of shipping by parcel machine? And they also encourage online shopping. Embarrassment.

A grumpy salesman. He didn't even want to take the bike I asked about from the hook. He stated that it was too big, he couldn't even try it on, it's strange that it still exists with such an approach !!!!
