Triodental Gabinety Stomatologiczne

My Wife and Son (13yrs) visited this Dental practice whilst visiting family in Tczew. My Wife had an appointment for teeth cleaning but had a 'package ' which should have ,review, scaling, sandblast and fluoridation, costing 250pln..except no review and no actual explanation of cost! This took 15 minutes. Then my son had the same 'package'which took 7 minutes for the same price!! When my wife complained, immediately the dentist gave back 100pln. My wife returned home and spoke with her family as the cost was crazy. They agreed that it was far to much. My Wife returned with her sister and was told that the cost is 250pln however long the process took and that there were 2 dentists cleaning our sons teeth which was why it was 250pln. In August our son had cleaning at the same dentist, for 25minutes, costing 150pln, yet his name wasn't even on their computer system in October!! Because your name is not Polish, does that mean you get charged more?? The Dentist offered a reduced consultation on the next appointment. .really?? I don't think we will be using a dental practice who treat people like this ever again. After seeing a response from the Dentist that completely misses the point! My wife did not get given an option to purchase a package and secondly, where in the world would a dentist charge 250pln to clean a 13 year old teeth, taking 7 minutes?? He visited his orthodontist in the uk on the 24th October prior to removal of teeth and braces fitted in december and was told his teeth were in a good clean condition, but my wife took the opportunity to have them cleaned whilst visiting family and having her own teeth cleaned..hence the procedure taking 7 minutes...FOR 250PLN!!

I came to this clinic with a terrible toothache, and I was in the vicinity of Tczew on vacation. The very nice lady dentist took painless care of my tooth. I have peace so far. I recommend the Triodental office and thank you for your help.

The girl was a month ago, the dentist put a dressing on her to check if the tooth would still hurt, if so, then the root canal. The tooth did not hurt, but due to the price in triodental (PLN 500 for drilling one tooth and applying a dressing); We went to another dentist, there he said that the dressing was not tightly applied, there was caries and despite the lack of pain - a tooth for root canal treatment. The dentist in the triodental is very insensitive, unpleasant, unpleasant and unpathetic. I highly do not recommend this dental clinic. In addition, that lady dentist regretted the anesthesia because it felt pain, so I really don't know where the price was so high. I categorically advise against everyone.
