Very rude Lady, I wouldn't recommend it. I was five minutes before closing time and the Lady had already said that no one pays her for overtime. I also worked in the trade, I know what it is like, but I would not even think to speak to a client like that. I wanted to order a cake for my daughter's Communion, but I missed the mood and dissatisfaction of a lady working in a confectionery in-z.
