The best place to buy paczki in the city center - they are made on side, so they are always fresh. Careful though, if you arrive too close to the closing time, they will be out of certain flavors :]

I finally got one donut to try....wow. Really good donut. Yummy. I'll be back to have more. 4zl, which is more than other shops but they make it fresh here and it is REALLY, REALLY good donuts here.
