It happened today, 29-01-2019, just before the branch was closed and I will add that I was not the only unsatisfied and not well-served customer of this bank. The fact that the staff is allowed to work can still get over while the fact that in 4 windows there are 3 employees of whom only 1 work is laziness and neglect of the client but that after paying attention (2 employees serviced clients) there is no reaction in the work of the staff it is > SKANDAL

They work very slowly. Of the 4 possible windows, only 2 work. And 2 employees just sit, shift the paper from place to place and smile. As a result, a line of 3 people had to sit for 1.5 hours. During this time, a queue of 9 people gathered.

I drove 16 km without a hurry to the bank open until 19 - at least this is how it is on the page of this branch in the description on Google. Unfortunately, I was greeted at 17.30 with information that the bank was open until 17 !!!! No professionalism !!!!

On the internet they say that the branch is open from 8.00. (As the only one in Gdansk). In fact, from 9.30am !!! I drove specially 40 km to deposit cash in the morning. Szag can hit! !!
