The notice on the branch website clearly says the closing time. It is 5:00 PM. Does the so-called "cash point" not belong to a branch? If it is a separate "creation" and works until 4.30 pm, maybe you should kindly inform your customers about this fact on your own website !!! Maybe then fewer people would have a heart attack finding out at the door! Because that's the only message there! The limitation of Alior's outlets means that your dear customers arrive in traffic jams from various places in our region. This is another pebble. This bank is falling faster and faster and is nothing like the partner who convinced us to cooperate when it was created.

Approach the client as an enemy. The lady serves the client with a great pause. She gives the impression that she was working there as a punishment.

Customer service is simply a failure, I wanted to take a loan for an apartment, I was told that they do not do such a thing and I have to go to another facility, literally "I'm sorry but this is not my plot". The lady who served me completely is not suitable for customer service.
Similar place
