The disaster, a dozen or so people are crowding and waiting for someone to work. Both cash desks are closed, without any information. Everyone is standing in one room, whether with payment or whether to set up an account or take a loan. Epic. Ps one would think that there is only one person working here, but in the corridor we see every move other ladies circling for an unknown purpose. Clearly in this bank the customer is a person disturbing work ...

Waiting for a party of up to 40 minutes, ladies pass but not for service. Like so many people and waiting to settle ordinary formalities embarrassingly long. I went with the attitude that previous visits were accidentally with such a long waiting period. Unfortunately I was wrong. A small difference - like with Poczta Polska ...
