The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was about to open account in this bank - went out after 15 minutes. Never again.

I recommend caution, the bank is suspicious. Clients all too often lose track of their funds and account for nonsensical reasons. I have lost track of my account twice, recently after trying to recover my PIN. This attempt was unsuccessful because the bank's website decided that my name and PESEL did not match (and I had the proof in my hand). Then it turned out that the bank had my outdated phone number for SMS (the number to call back was ok). Due to the wrong SMS number, I was told that the account could not be unblocked anymore. I will never enter this account again and I will never recover the funds. I'm not the only one. Others only regained access after acquaintance and pleading. I warn you! I wish no one had warned me sooner. There are so many other banks after all. Pekao is too much of a risk.

I am indignant! Absolutely terrible service for the customer! Mr. Kamil Z, a customer service worker on the ground floor, was very unpleasant, he gave me bad information to my detriment. One star is too much for this gentleman! Such a nice person should not serve clients !!!!!!!

A bank employee on sick leave leaves the phone in the bank and no one answers it. Anyway, no one answers stationary phones either.
