Cannot be contacted by phone. I have a mortgage with my ex-husband for an apartment. I am tired of accident insurance. Sooner than it was necessary, I took out home insurance for 3 years. I was in this department with the papers, they told me to submit online. I've attached files twice. Once I got an installment increase, now they are recording messages from Warsaw that I do not have insurance to make sure and contact the branch. I call and no one answers, it is terribly frustrating. Before Christmas ... Please contact me, not the video ... Angry customer

Nothing can be done online or on the hotline. And at the facility they do not answer the phone. You are a young person - do not choose this bank.

Bank Pekao ignores its clients - since August 18, it cannot answer the basic question of how much it costs to issue a certificate - 5 repeated inquiries and no answer. The new PeoPay is a mistake, it loses settings all the time. I have the impression that instead of focusing on the operation of the application, someone decided to break the record in using red. Unfortunately, my rating is a weak bank and a poor application.

pathetic facility, you will not settle the matter on the hotline, they will send you to the facility, which cannot be reached for 3 days .. - 78 attempts. Badziew.
