Very nice, always smiling and helpful staff. I have never had a problem with dealing with this facility. Thanks to employees who welcome customers at the entrance and offer help, I do not feel confused and I immediately get under the wing of a competent employee. Extremely nice Mrs. Karolina Oczachowska deserves a special mention. Thanks to such employees, all formalities are easier. I recommend to everyone

The worst bank branch I've been to. I was refused to withdraw funds from my foreign account at Dom Maklerski. The reason was an insufficient number of employees with appropriate qualifications. I made the attempt to transfer money on Thursday, I was offered a Monday transaction - or a visit to Sopot. Unfortunately, none of the employees checked if there are people in Sopot who will be able to help me - therefore my visit to that branch did not help - I did not have anyone to withdraw / transfer funds. The director of the branch in Gdańsk, looking me in the eye, refused to pay me my own funds (he used the words: 'I do not refuse, I can not, I am not able, what do you expect from me?'). I expect access to my own financial resources - we live in the 21st century, and I have to wait 5 days to transfer my own funds from one account to another? Most likely, the case will end in court.
