I ordered an apointment to get my nails and hair fixed. The hybrid gel nails turned out beautiful, just like I wanted them. I then moved over to the hairdresser, and told them that I wanted a cut and to bleach an ombre. The hair dresser and the front lady talked in polish, and then the lady who spoke english suggested that I got some higlights insted. The way this was laid out I thougth that I would get a baelayge, or something smilar to this. As I asked for an ombre, so it was clear that I wanted a dramatic effect. When my hair was done after close to 2.5 hours in the chair I was left so dissapointed. I could barely see a difference! The haircut was quite good. But I can not belive they charged me 320 zlt for some higlights that does not show, and that I did not ask for. The nails and haircut was worth 220 zlt in totale, but the other stuff was terrible. I regret going here, as I'm out over 500 zlt and I'm so so dissapointed. What kind a salon does't listen to their costumers? And to top this up, they choose to respons that they were 'sorry to hear that I was dissapointed' when I complaind later that day on the way my hair turned out. They said that an ombre took longer time, but failed to mention this when I sag in their chair. Incredible little professionale to not listen to their costumers, so please do yourself a favor: choose a different salon!

Pan Jarek is really professional and the rest of the staff is just so nice. I can warmly recommend this place :-)
