Great service for a great price, also very quick. Definitely recommend 👍
Absolutely fantastic. I walked in and asked for an advice and service. I was squeezed in and looked after. A women advised me how to bright my general look, offered highlights to cover my greys and cut my hair a bit. Very pleased- thank you I feel so much better about myse5
Do not recommend. Went here to get my hair a bit lighter (I'm naturally blond and had not bleached my hair earlier). The result was a yellow helmet.
Went back the next day to ask if they could do something about it and they tried to blame it on me. "It's because you hade colored you before". Which was not true.
My mom had an appointment that same day that I went back to complain and she waited for 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and then we left. No excuse, no explanation, from the staff.
So - If you want to look like a cheap bleach made in your kitchen go to Joels. Otherwise - go somewhere els.
Really bad service.
I am satisfied with the services. Nice atmosphere, and also a professional approach to the customer. Even if the client does not quite know what she wants, she leaves the salon delighted as I do.
