I was served by Mrs. Ilona. At the very beginning, very positive impressions about the service, I was immediately asked if I would like to drink something, I was offered coffee, tea, water, not every salon will offer something other than a procedure, so I was positively surprised :) The salon staff was extremely nice and the place itself very clean and nice. I was guided exactly what I should do after the procedure and explained to me at every step what would be done. In addition to a very professionally performed procedure, I got vouchers that I can give to my friends / family, which also positively surprised me. In general, I have no objections and I highly recommend it. :)

I sincerely recommend. I have been using the services for several months. Already during the first visit, I was thoroughly interviewed. The principles of operation of a modern laser were discussed and all the necessary information was presented. Treatments were tailored to my needs. Ladies from DepilConcept are professionals, and there is a nice atmosphere in the Salon itself :) I am very pleased with the treatments themselves. The effects are visible after the first visit.

I regularly go to Ms. Ilona's treatments - I am very pleased with the quality of service. I received an exhaustive answer to all questions and enriched my knowledge about hair and hair removal. After a few treatments, I see the effects and I hope that the effects will also persist after the series of treatments. It is always clean and on time - I recommend it.

I have been using DepilConcept's epilation services for several months, and during the first meeting I was thoroughly explained what hair removal looks like. People who perform the treatments always competently answer my questions and dispel doubts. After the first treatments, I noticed that there are less hairs, after each subsequent treatment the effect is better and the treatments are painless. The atmosphere is always great. Pierwszy zabieg juz przyniosl efekty ale ja licze na wiecej. Do wakacji moje nogi beda gladkie i bez czerwonych kropek. Pani w salonie od razu powiedziala ze bede musiala miec wiecej zabiegow ze wzdledu na mocna struktorę moich włosów.
