I usually go somewhere else but my hairdresser was busy untill 9th of May and I really needed a cut. Since this place is close to where I have been living for the past 10 years, I gave it a shot. It sucked as hell :/// I have long hair and asked them to cut the TOPS TWO (2 cm)in the back and in the front cut it a little shorter. Very easy cut to refresh. I got a young hairdresser with blond hair. She seemed know what she was doing in the beginning. Asked them to cut 2 cm TWO centimeters and my polish is good. She cut FIVE (5 cm)! I don´t think they realize what it means for a girl to get surprised AFTER they are CUTTING so much hair. When I noticed I got nervous and asked WHY and they could not explain HOW she misunderstood. They charged for cutting, blowing and styling but all I got was an INCORRECT cut of my long hair. When I asked IN POLISH if she could straighten the hair and style it, as we first planned, she assumed she "did not understand" what I was saying. I have to give a star in order to write a review but I would give minus 10. So racial. So idiotic and absolutely shameless. They did not even say Sorry. Shame on You!!!! How could you???? Very upset costumer.

I was very discouraged by the general lack of compliance with hygiene rules in the salon. The lady dealing with my hair was coughing over my head putting paint on ... In the meantime, she was going out for a cigarette just outside the salon door, then she came back to me with a terribly unpleasant smell of cigarettes. Salon for older ladies who only require cutting the ends. Desperate lack of professionalism - leave your ideological / political opinions to private chats at home and not among clients. The color came out absolutely not what it was supposed to be..I strongly advise against
