The bowling alley itself is great BUT the organization and staff are terrible. We tried to sign up by phone on Monday evening to play bowling with six on one lane for 3 hours (the 2 + 1 promotion was available for free), but it turned out that, firstly, according to some unknown rules, six people cannot be played, maximum 5 people per lane ... At the same time, there were more than 5 people on the next path. I had to take 2 tracks for 1 hour each instead of 3 hours at all, taking into account the promotion, which we could not use because of the restrictions sucked out of our fingers. Secondly, we were not allowed to sign up for the time of 19:15 or 19:30, saying that we need to start either at 19 or at 20 o'clock, otherwise there is no way. Thirdly, we were not allowed to play with 6-8 balls, because we can break them ... But what if 9+ balls are too heavy for girls ?? Fourthly, each person must pay extra for the rental of boots, while we cannot play in our own non-special ones. As for me, these 5 zlotys per person for shoes is a shame ... Plus, you need to take your shoes with you and leave them somewhere in the common area, which looks rather strange. Fifth, 2 cocktails were prepared for us for about 20 minutes, while besides us, only one of about 15 tracks was occupied. 20 minutes to wait for cocktails with a game time of 1 hour is already too much.

Clean, spacious, new shoes (which is quite important!). The only thing in autumn is to wear something with long sleeves, because it's not hot :)
