They reserved me a car and sent me a reservation confirmation, but by the time I got to the office no one was there and no cars were available. The only thing they could do was to refund me when I called them..

I rented a car.Agreed on a meeting at 8 AM to take a car. I arrived at the place in time. At 9 AM the staff was absent. Good bye Avis forever!

We booked a Car for one day and returned it in time. There was no one at the Avis Desk and we put the keys in the box. 14 days later i got a bill, which said, we brought back the car too late and that we had to pay for another day. I called them and told them about their mistake. They said i have to call Avis Hotline for this. And all the polish Avis Hotline did, was send me the same bill again. No words for this. I have to call my bank now to get my money back. Edit: I got my money back 3 months later.
