Baltic Car Rental Cars.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - HIDDEN FEES. I had to pay 50 zl extra when returning the car: the guy said it was dirty when in fact it was normal use of the car (normal outside dirt from the shoes, in other words NO mud or other spillage from coffee/drinks). He also said the outside of the car was dirty: I had only used the car for 2 days on the highway (no muddy roads). If the car would have been black/grey he would never have seen it. It was barely visible even on a white car... I will not rent from them again simply because there are many other companies with the same prices but don't charge you a fee for normal dirt and normal driving of the car (no mud roads). I have never been charged with a fee before when renting. Those times I rented from "bigger companies" so maybe they have more experience and understand what normal car useage looks like, and they also had a "clean car upon return" policy. If you are going to rent from them - remove your shoes and wear socks inside the car. Normal dirt is not tolerated. Regarding the dirt on the outside of the car I don't have any ideas. I don't know how you can keep your car clean with normal driving if my car was regarded as dirty. Lastly, upon returning the car, the guy was very quickly unpleasant and told me he wonders how the inside of my apartment looks like if I think this car is clean. Zero care for customer satisfaction.

Compared to other companies, this is one of the better ones. Their main goal is to rent cars and not to nitpick everything just to keep the deposit. Agreement was very clear. Professional service. Problems that arose were solved quickly and efficiently. Good communication

I used them twice, easy to work with, great customer service, some of the cars are older so I would recommend to ask about the year if u care to have a newer. They also have nice new, cool cars available for rent. I think you won’t find a cheaper car rental place.

Warning warning! Don't rent from this firm, they'll rip you off! We booked a new Opel vivaro 9 seated, we'd get an old ford transit with 280.000 km on. After we got away we've noticed that the windscreen wiper didn't work, nor the lock on the passenger sort, nor the AC. We called but didn't get any answer. When we then tell the girl who's representing the firm on the returning-day she won't do any deduction AND has the impudence to charge us with 30 zloty extra for all the bugs on the windscreen!!!!

I used it not for the first time. Whenever I need a car, I turn to Baltic Cars. Crew polite and affordable. They always have what I need. Cars okay, no reservations. I recommend
