As we were driving from Greece , we experienced a technical problem in our car in Poland, the front wheel o'ring (hub ring). We went to this service shop where they did their best to fix the car fast and swiftly at a very logical cost. Friendly people (the employee at the front desk speaks English fluently) made us feel safe. Car was given back to us fully fixed, fully inspected in other parts too and fully washed. Excellent and proffesional work , 5 stars!!!
The staff lacked competence, I left my car for a quote and for two weeks I was lied to that the car is ready and then I came to the place and they sent me back the next day, nobody can decide anything and for everything they need to consult the boss for whom you have to wait. Finally, I found that I was taking the car from them because I could do nothing there. I found the car with them with the wheel removed and the old lady (the owner's wife?) Said that I would have to pay extra for it if she wanted them to put it back on. I sincerely advise against any collaboration with this circus, because I cannot call them a serious workshop. For the parking of my car on their premises, I was charged PLN 200 ("20 days" he was with you because you detained him, and it is not your responsibility to decide for the client whether he is going to repair the car or sell it)

You can also rent a replacement car on site for repair. And for minor repairs you can easily go shopping because 50m from the headquarters of ANRO are Lidl and Biedronka.
I also insure here OC / AC / NNW cars, receiving from Mr. Sławek the best possible options as well as reliable and above all clear information on the scope of insurance.
After the bump, which I unfortunately had the opportunity to experience literally no trace and ANRO took care of everything in just two phone calls. The first conversation concerned information about my collision and the second conversation concerned informing me that the car was ready for pickup.
In a word, "Full Package" over which Mrs. Halinka watches. Always smiling, embracing it all without a relatively high standard.
I am very pleased with the quality of the services. I have used it many times over the last few years (removing dents, rust spots, paint repairs after a messed up job in other workshops, detaling and polishing the entire car, removing chafing) and always returned and picked up the car with a smile on my face. Very nice service and owner. Thank you for taking care of the red Swift this time. It turned out great!
