The casino differs not from other similar venues in Poland. Similar tables and machines. Its located in the heart of Gdańsk. It would be 5 starts if it wasn't for one thing being solely a responsibility of the management: it allows clients to smoke tabaco products and if you are a non smoker you will find the atmosphere unbearable.

Unpleasant service. We went through the passage from our hotel to see where the passage leads and the lady in the corridor asked us (in addition, vaguely and after asking to repeat the message, she did not bother to repeat the message better) to use a different passage, because it is for employees. There is nothing wrong with the communiqué itself, but its demanding tone of voice was inappropriate. Additionally, the lack of information in the hotel that it is a staff walkway (the walkway is simply titled "gothic hall") makes me doubt if this is actually a business walkway or if she just didn't like our presence. It is, however, irrelevant, because in such a representative place for the city, the service should definitely have a higher personal culture.
