Overpriced. They dont inform you anything regarding the curing. After the visit I'm more confused

I have been a patient of Miladent for several years. Recently my tooth was treated with medicine. L. Kobusiński, who stopped working in Miladent. When after a week I reported a tooth complaint (because the tooth was still reacting) - another doctor was assigned - medicine. Skalski varnished the tooth and said that if it does not pass, it will be necessary to drill the tooth and make a new filling, because the filling was probably incorrectly installed. After another complaint (the tooth was still reacting) I received from dr. Skalski information: 1. that he will not "repair" the tooth as part of the complaint 2. I QUOTE that it was not his "business" because he was not doing it 3. that I should see the doctor who treated my tooth! 4.The reception did not respond to the complaint process - by handing me a contact card to this dentist who does not work in Miladent anymore and who made a bad tooth for me 5. I was sent home, despite the earlier assurances of the current dentist that Miladent would correct a poorly filled tooth. The clinic did not take any responsibility for the service provided, and for 3 weeks I did not receive a response from the owner of the clinic - MD. Dominik Łosia, despite the e-mail sent. From now on, I do not recommend either the drug. Skalski or the Miladent clinic!

I do not recommend it with all my heart. Treatment with orthodontic braces was supposed to last 1.5 years, after 3.5 years my lower incisors were positioned worse than before the braces were put on! Even though the visits were scheduled for a specific hour, I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour! The visits (often free) lasted two minutes, the doctor didn't even have time to think about what to do. The brackets were glued crookedly, so as not to stick them on again, the doctor applied the wire, always differently and the teeth always danced in the other direction. Fortunately, I was able to find a specialist who would undertake further treatment. Miladent treatment would never or never end with a good result. Total lack of competence or ignoring the client, perhaps because of savings. Absolute disrespect for the patient / client. Unfortunately, this treatment did me more harm than good (strained joints, positioned differently every month, bleeding gums). I highly do not recommend !!!

I had a visit yesterday. It was a control test. According to the price list - free. Currently I do not have insurance, so you found out at the reception about the cost of such a study. The lady was confused, but she said it cost about 50/60, respectively. However, the doctor issued a bill for 100 zlotys. Wprowadzaniee lack of competence and customer confusion. Thus at the first visit to Miladent presented. Do you recommend? I do not know. Friends praise, but the prices contained on your website nohow have to reality. Besides, the doctor suggested sandblasting and scaling, which according to him, cost 450 gold, made together are for 400, and in the price list will cost 300 zlotys, so either amend your pricing or communication with the staff, which gives higher costs of treatment than is provided for your table. I feel cheated and disappointed. All institutions that act? It's a matter to the ombudsman. Disgusted.
