Samsung dishwasher installation failed. After the service technician left the dishwasher door would drop unchecked due to poor spring tension adjustment. However, while it is easy to correct on your own, the crooked installation of the door from the building, which results in friction against the bottom rail, unfortunately requires correction. It was not the first time that a dishwasher was installed in this building and there was no problem with the previous Samsung. Two stars only because nothing is leaking fortunately.
PS. Referring to the site's response. This is how the dishwasher was assembled some time ago. It was the insertion of a dishwasher into an existing building. The spring was in fact not adjusted and the door was closing uncontrolled (I called you about it immediately after finishing work). There is no scandal, this is not a black PR, we just have to improve this montage because it is poorly made.
when it comes to the professionalism of the service, it is unqualified, but the proposed device apparently cheaper than in a normal store turned out to be PLN 200 more expensive than that which can be obtained when ordering online. I feel this fact gently disgusted because I did not even receive a receipt or invoice for the device that was somewhat "bought" by me.
Very reliable and honest professional! All tools and elements are with you. I have used the service several times and there have never been any problems after repair or assembly. I recommend with a clear conscience!
