No contact with the customer. Not answering the phone. Not replying to messages. I do not recommend this store. Fortunately, there are places where there is good contact with the staff.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Fatal contact with the client, not to say that it is missing. On March 4, I wrote an e-mail in which I asked about the possibility of tuning the piano at the beginning of April, I gave all possible data about the piano. Because I did not receive any feedback for a week, I called. I got the answer that the company did not reply to the e-mail, because the free date would be at the beginning .. April! First of all, it's not a reason not to answer the message, secondly I was aware of the real terms and I pointed to the beginning of April myself. During the telephone conversation, I received information that I will definitely get the answer that the company will be called and that tuning will take place at the beginning of April. Today is April 24, the company has not spoken in any way and probably does not intend, they are probably too busy.
