I bought an acoustic guitar from this place. The strings on the guitar seemed to have just started to rust. So I asked if they could do something about it. But they didn't. I was expecting at least a complementary string set as I had purchased a brand new guitar. But they did not give me that either.
Staff is great, same for years, they know their way around the store and the instruments, very friendly. My place to go when I want an instrument or another amp.
Really good service, and many instruments 😀
I think only one Martin Guitars reseller in Poland with such knowledge about those instruments
