I do not recommend it, there is a black lady whose name begins with L working there and I treat my clients as being in a prison. No respect for the customer !! Despite several orders, I will never use this company again ...

I ordered the top veneer service (purchased outside JTB). The service was done sloppy, the veneer was damaged during the veneer, there are chipping of the veneer in places visible on the front; -a table top in L. Merlin was very carefully cut without damage. I decided to use JTB because I already used the services and was always satisfied. In furniture making, and furniture means diligence and precision of workmanship, it is a pity that the quality goes down ... :( In addition, the top structure - scratched. The fact was not secured by anything, after receipt it lay in a temporary corridor. Not surprisingly - scratched. And it was possible to order the same service in Ikea, I was anxious about the time ... It was supposed to be a beautiful table and only the base looks beautiful, the sloppy top leaves a lot to be desired!

Terrible service. You have to wait a week for the order, and then you find out that they didn't even give up for production and that it will be in a week, and after a week it is said that in 2 weeks for collection. FATHERLY
