The company does not use courtesy phrases in e-mail correspondence, but I am skipping it, they gave the price of the key PLN 35 and the shipment PLN 16, after two days I asked if the key was sent, they wrote yes and the confirmation in the attachment is a scan of the Polish postal consignment note economic letter PLN 5.90, and They charged PLN 16 for the parcel and I wrote a remark on this subject in response, I received a feedback "thanks for the observation, from the 1st quarter of 2020 the cost of the key and shipping is PLN 50" and I paid PLN 51, which is PLN 1 more than they wrote after a few days. When the key arrived, there was a receipt inside and it said "key 35 PLN. Lock assembly 16 PLN", so instead of shipping costs, they entered the assembly of the lock on the receipt. I advise against this company - they cheat !!!

If you expect the attendant to answer you "Good morning", this address is definitely not! I felt like an intruder. The only words I heard were "55" after asking for the price of making a key. With Goodbye it was like at the beginning 😅

I confirm, on Tuesday 18.06 at 17:20, or 10 minutes. there was no one before closing. From Manhattan they sent me to the headquarters. Can your Master Key be made up of only one active point with the shortest possible random presence? This monopoly treats customers.
