I do not recommend this company to anyone, customers are treated as items, money counts, not driving comfort, customers are stuffed like herring into a barrel, in case the customer wants to express their dissatisfaction, he is offended, screams at him and disconnects the connection (of course this the management of this company follows.) Punctuality also leaves much to be desired, 1.5 hours late by the driver is nothing, the boss said I should be happy that I was waiting in the warmth and not in the cold, because the object ordered a ride and must wait, that the customer had to get up at 4.00 am and until 7.00 no one cares to wait, no information about being late and forget about the word sorry, such high personal culture is represented by the management of this company.
