The ferry Nova Star was clean and nice. The staff was always helpful. The restaurant system was complicated, there were two restaurants and you needed a coupon from the reception to eat from a buffet. Information was poor overall. There were no vegan dinner options but the staff could prepare one when asked, same with breakfast. Cabins were fine and clean, however people could look in trough the windows in cabins 300-310.

Went with the Nova Star ferry, modern and airy feel from big windows. The 300 cabins could be viewed from the deck, unless the curtains were closed. Nice and helpful personnel, few but tasty vegan options.

ahhh noooo ... drama, especially the Wawel boat. Service in the "restaurant" from the previous era in the canteen even worse ... an skansen. 2 stars only because we got to the shore safely. Why? Gdansk deserves a better ferry. Gdansk is so beautiful!

Two stars just because the bar was quite cheap and the cabins relatively clean. The rest was an absolute disaster. First off we found out that the cabin wasn’t included in the price for an overnight ferry not to mention that the ticket itself was 130€ For two people. It is a common problem for people from what I’ve seen. There’s a queue to buy cabins on board and it’s not sure if you’ll get one or not. The ferry left at 6 and only at 8 we finally got a cabin for 80€, just because the nice lady at the reception sold us a 4 people cabin for half price. Now the cabin. One of the lamps next to the bed didn’t work. The shower drain wasn’t working really well so the whole bathroom would float while showering. The white walls and white light weren’t really cosy, it felt like you were in a hospital room.
