Foreigners: go there prepared with your issue in google translate!
I went in and asked whether they speak English. They answered no. Then I played the google translate in polish and see - they immediately start speaking English. Funny, wish I could learn languages that fast! ;)
It might look modern, but it's run worse than most developing nations. Don't come looking for actual help. These so called Police are a joke, and you are better taking the problem into your own hand if possible.
The police officers told me to come back when I had learned polish. I understand the language barrier, but they didn't even try.
