Attention!!! I warn all buyers in front of this particular store I gave the complaint footwear to this store. I received a refusal response so I went there personally to write an appeal from what I remember it was in the middle of July / beginning of August. Last week I went to the store to pick up shoes. The deputy manager of the store informed me that the footwear is not available because it was sent back for recycling because, as you said, they were not picked up within three months, however, the store did not record the date on which it accepted the appeal from me. I had to submit an official letter to issue shoes. The next day I contacted the Consumer Protection Office where I was informed that the store had no right to damage my footwear. This is the destruction of property and I should report the matter to the police. I informed the store and company headquarters about this. Then I received a phone call from the store in which the same lady (deputy store manager) informed me that the footwear was not damaged and will be sent from the headquarters to the store. On Monday, I received a phone call from the store that shoes could be picked up. I asked if there was a receipt along with the footwear, for which you replied that there is no receipt informing me that the receipt was in the headquarters because they had to keep it in order to document that such footwear was given to them. So I requested the receipt of this receipt because it is my proof of purchase. In the meantime I called the headquarters where I was informed that they were not holding receipts and my receipt did not reach them at all but you said that the matter would be taken care of. Deputy store manager no longer contacted me, I suspect that she did not do it because she knew that she had misled me by informing that the receipt is in the headquarters. On Tuesday I called the store, I was given to the store manager's earphone who brazenly gave me information that the receipt was damaged and footwear is ready for pick up end. The lady from the headquarters told me that she could offer me a duplicate receipt. Initially, I did not want to agree to this, but after consulting the Provincial Insectorate of the Trade Inspection, I decided to stop for this proposal. So I asked the headquarters lady how they are going to find my receipt since they have no information. The lady said it was no problem for her. Then she called me to have a receipt from August or September. I don't know if I was supposed to choose? I asked to send my one just. The lady informed me that she would send a receipt from October but then she probably realized that it did not work and said that she would not send random receipts. Now I am waiting for more information that is really sinking this deichmann brand. Shoes cost less than PLN 200 and I really do not know if this money is worth a shame for the brand.
