Total massacre. The worst shop that can be a complaint about shoes is valid only until you leave the store. It is a pity to buy cheap shoes.

Once again, shoes bought in this network for more than half a thousand were damaged - cracked soles - after a few months of not very intensive use. There was no problem to obtain an alternative to the sales receipt, based on confirmation of the transaction from the banking application, the guarantee was verified positively. All ladies, nice and at least helpful. I can recommend the store, but I advise you to watch the receipt ...;)

Unfortunately, I was faced with the same situation as the previous speaker. Shoes bought for over PLN 400 lasted two months. (stuck and cracked skin). Of course, the complaint is rejected and the appeal is also canceled. For comparison, 5 years ago I bought shoes from the same company (of course not in this chain of stores) And despite frequent use, I still have them today (No signs of damage). I was a little interested in the case and imagine that opinions on whether the complaint will be considered is developed by a store employee, not an appraiser as it is in other company stores (so here you are doomed to fail). The second thing is that the store does not even have its point of possible repair of shoes, which all the more results in rejection of the complaint, because we had to either give money or exchange goods for a new one. In general, I do not recommend the entire sizeer store chain to anyone. Not only in the Gdańsk forum gallery. Rather, all the stores of this company operate the same. Please read the reviews on the internet before buying. I read them But it's a bit late. Greetings .
