Waste of time

I bought a thermos there because I believed it was described in the shop. And thank you really, after 9 hours the water was still hot, I recommend it
I do not recommend shopping in this salon. After coming with a jacket complaint, the lady laughed at us in advance that such a complaint would not be recognized, and it is not the store employees who consider the complaint. After noting that regardless of what I come from, they should accept such a complaint, only then the employee (with grace) filled out the complaint form. Arrogant staff, each employee works on their own terms, with each question asked, the employee contacted another salon, because he could not answer himself. Employees are misleading, tell the client one thing, then withdraw from it, despite the employee's written assurance. Contacting the customer is normal in this salon. Employees do not control their emotions, they cannot carry out a normal conversation. It is definitely better to go to the salon in Designer Outlet Gdansk, where it is trained and competent service.
