Hello, in April 2020, I bought Timberland shoes online after about 4-5 months of use, their condition deteriorated to such an extent that their further use was excluded. I would like to add that the footwear was preserved with products purchased in a timberland store. I returned the shoes for complaint on October 12, I did not do it earlier because the summer season was over, so I did not walk in shoes anyway, the complaint was rejected and the justification was illogical and unfounded. On December 17, I appealed against the complaint, which was rejected again, asking for help and intervention, because the shoes were practically destroyed in everyday use during 4-5 months in everyday use, and I feel cheated \ robbed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I do not recommend Timberland shoes. After a month of carrying on the folds, I began to make holes. The complaint was of course rejected. An absurd reason: "... wrong choice of footwear". In general, I was treated as well as possible. I stayed with new, leaky shoes. I bought anything from this company for the first and last time.

It is worth checking out one of the most interesting winter shoes but there may be a problem with the availability of some pairs
