Granary was built in 1771. The name of the object comes from a wooden deer figure on the facade. The building is one of the most valuable in the Old Town, as it was not damaged during World War II. Since 1967, it has been listed in the register of monuments. Today, the building houses a beer hall.

At today's Grodzka Street, in the Gdańsk Zamczyska area, you can see an interesting granary. This small building is a valuable monument, because as one of the few survived the war damage. The granary was built in 1771 in a skeleton structure, filled with red brick. It owes its name to the original wooden figure of a deer placed in the upper part of the facade. Subsequent renovations had an impact on its current appearance. Straightened include the peak leaning towards the street, thinking that this is a preview of a construction disaster, and not, as architecture historians assured, the intended construction effect, aimed at facilitating the transport of goods stored there.
