Magical place in Poland very pretty very clean and tidy, friendly people, great architecture, historic place very old town, many shop with souvenir highly recommend

Another gate into the walled city of Gdańsk. Much more decorated than some other gates so worth the walk to check it out. If you zig zag the streets you’re bound to find yourself walking beneath it.

A somewhat hidden and easily neglected gate between Green gate, which leads the tourists to Doug's Tart, and the famous Crane, one of the landmarks of Gdansk. St. Mary's Gate takes one from Motlawa River to St. Maria's Basilica through cobble-stoned Ulica Mariacka where many amber shops are located. It is lots of fun visiting these shops but be careful not to spend the last penny in your pocket.
