A wonderful, atmospheric place for a walk, especially off-season when there are no such crowds. You feel this atmosphere then.

Attractive promenade. Along the way, many architectural attractions, restaurants, pubs, shops, also with amber. Ships and water trams await passengers. On the way, two footbridges that lead to the other side of the canal. However, it must be remembered that the footbridges descend at certain times. When we get lost, we have to go back around. Everyone will find something for himself. This is one of the most beautiful places in Gdańsk and probably in Poland. As magical as the whole of Gdańsk.

A walk along this promenade is a must have in Gdańsk. Atmospheric tenement houses, glazed apartment buildings, smaller and larger ships passing by are undoubtedly the attractions of this place.

The Long Pobrzez Promenade has two faces, on one side it stretches the panorama of the Granary Island, on the other, seen from the island, shows the extremely picturesque character of tenement houses standing along the Long Pobrzeze, running from Zielona Brama to the Gdańsk Crane. Deo Gloria is the only granary that has survived to this day, it is easy to recognize it by green shutters. Rebuilt after a fire in 1930, it retains its shape, but for decades after the war threatened more than delighted. It took a long time for the Gdańsk residents to start the investment, which will transform the Granary Island in terms of image. Today, being here, everyone can assess whether the new granaries fit into the surroundings, architecture or atmosphere of the Old Town. Without a doubt, the place to which to come and go walk the Long Embankment and the pedestrian island. I invite you.

A place you absolutely need to walk around. You can feel the spirit of the city here. The views are amazing. There are also many places around to relax, buy a souvenir and take nice photos.
